John Sears

John Sears has extensive experience in business development, marketing, and security compliance within the travel and law enforcement sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development/Marketing Manager at Bags Inc. since August 2010, John collaborates with the Orange County Convention Center to facilitate stress-free travel in the Orlando area. Previously, John held the position of Security/Compliance Director at Bags Inc., where responsibilities included maintaining security programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. John's earlier career includes roles as Retail Concessions Manager for the City of Dayton, where management of airport retail operations and parking facilities took place, and as a Police Officer, providing law enforcement services. Additionally, John worked as a Corrections Officer with the State of Ohio, contributing to a secure environment for inmates in a maximum-security facility. John holds degrees in Criminal Justice, Psychology, and Behavioral Science from Sinclair Community College.
