Jennifer Collins is an experienced Real Estate Paralegal with a career spanning over a decade in various law firms. Currently employed at Bagwell Holt Smith P.A. since February 2023, Jennifer previously held similar roles at Jackson Law, P.C., Kendall Page, and the Law Office of Anne Page Watson. Jennifer began the career as a Real Estate Paralegal after spending time as an Estate Planning Legal Assistant at Walker, Lambe, Rhudy & Costley PLLC and as a Private Investigative Associate/Property Department Manager at Carolina Investigative Research, Inc. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts degree and a Paralegal Certification from Duke University, complemented by another Associate of Arts degree from Wake Technical Community College. Throughout the professional journey, Jennifer has developed expertise in managing real estate closings, drafting settlement statements, and conducting thorough property title searches.
