Nur Indah Lestari is an experienced Human Capital professional with a diverse background in human resources management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Human Capital leader at Bahana Sekuritas, Nur Indah oversees the Human Capital strategy to align with business objectives and cultivate a high-performing culture. Previous roles include Human Capital Business Partner at Indonesia Eximbank, where Nur Indah focused on supporting national export growth, and Associate Director of Human Resources at FUSE GROUP, among others. With a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universitas Hasanuddin, Nur Indah combines strategic HR practices with a commitment to enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
