Fresa Yuriza L.

Fresa Yuriza L. currently serves as an Associate Partner at Bahar, specializing in Trade, Industry, Investment, Infrastructure, Digital Business and Technology, Restructuring and Transformation, and Capital Markets since November 2018. Prior roles at Bahar include Senior Associate and Associate, focusing on Investment, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Corporate Governance. Before joining Bahar, Fresa worked at the Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) from November 2015 to November 2018 as an Analyst for Investment Cooperation, negotiating international investment agreements and preparing regulatory analyses. Earlier experience includes negotiations for investment agreements at BKPM from December 2010 to July 2014 and internships at Telekomunikasi Indonesia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Fresa holds a Master of Laws in International and European Economic Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor of Laws in International Law from Universitas Sriwijaya.
