Ane Ugarte

Ane Ugarte has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Ane has worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Gran Hotel Bahia del Duque Resort since 2005, where they are responsible for implementing the company's sales strategy, communication, and marketing. Their role also involves achieving revenue goals and ensuring financial performance. Ane has also served as a Sales Manager at H10 HOTELS, where they worked from 1995 to 2005.

Ane Ugarte completed a Tourism Degree at the University of Deusto from 1983 to 1986. In 2012, they obtained a Hospitality Marketing Certificate from Cornell University, specializing in Customer Behaviour, Marketing Management, Interactive Marketing, and Revenue Management. In 2017, Ane attended Esade for a short period to study Marketing.
