Danielle Brewer

Danielle Brewer is an experienced food and beverage professional currently serving as Food and Beverage Manager at Bahia Resort Hotel since September 2022. Prior to this role, Danielle was the Restaurant General Manager at Town and Country San Diego from October 2021 to September 2022. Danielle's extensive background in the hospitality industry includes various positions at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, where roles spanned from Manager to Key Associate from December 2014 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as a Server at Vail Cascade Resort and Truffles Grill, along with a Food Server Assistant position at The Breakers. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Tallahassee Community College.
