Eugenia Carson

Eugenia Carson is an experienced professional in event planning and conference services, currently serving as the Event Planning Manager at Paradise Point Resort & Spa since July 2021. Prior to this role, Eugenia held the position of Conference Services Manager at both Fairmont Grand Del Mar and The Grand Del Mar since September 2007. Eugenia's career also includes a significant tenure as Conference Services Manager at Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego from February 1999 to September 2007. Eugenia Carson holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Universidad de Puerto Rico, obtained in 1991.
