Grant Herr

Grant Herr has a diverse work experience in the engineering and project management field. Grant began their career at Permatech, Inc in 2004 as a Senior Mechanical Designer, where they detailed and designed equipment for the aluminum industry. Grant was responsible for creating design packages, coordinating drawings, and overseeing the fabrication process. In 2007, Grant moved to Bahnson Environmental Specialties, LLC, where they initially worked as a Mechanical Designer, creating layouts and construction drawings for mechanical systems. In 2009, they were promoted to Project Manager, overseeing construction projects in the pharmaceutical, bio-medical, and research industries. In their most recent role as Director of Project Management, Grant continued to lead projects from design and engineering to construction and validation.

Grant Herr attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 1997 to 2002. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Teacher Education/Industrial Arts Teacher Education with a minor in Psychology. In 2014, they obtained a certification in PMP from the Project Management Institute.
