Muhammad Bilal Khan

Muhammad Bilal Khan is an experienced software developer specializing in Oracle technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Oracle Apex Developer at Bahwan CyberTek since August 2022, Khan provides expertise for the Public Authority for Social Insurance in Oman.
