Matt Neilson

Matt Neilson is an accomplished professional in the broadcast and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as Director of Broadcast and Infrastructure Solutions and General Manager of Network Strategy at BAI Communications since June 2020. Leading a team of ten, Matt is responsible for network planning, capital investment, data analysis, and project management. Previously, as Head of Network Strategy at BAI Communications from June 2015 to August 2018, Matt managed the capital investment program and led a team of three asset management professionals. Matt's extensive experience at Broadcast Australia from January 2008 to June 2015 encompassed roles such as Bid to Build Project Team member, Engineering Team Leader, and Design Engineer, focusing on change management, team management, and RF system design. Matt holds a Bachelor of ICT Engineering and a Diploma in Engineering Practice from the University of Technology Sydney.
