Melissa Lumley

Melissa Lumley is a highly experienced technology and security professional with over 25 years in the IT industry. Currently serving as the Head of Technology and Security at BAI Communications since October 2016, Melissa has excelled in IT service delivery and leadership, managing corporate technology services and operating the IT Service Desk. Previous roles include Senior System Engineer at Dimension Data, where expertise in system troubleshooting was showcased, and Application Support & Service Delivery Manager at GenesisCare Pty Ltd, where Melissa implemented ITIL frameworks to enhance service efficiency. Earlier experience includes significant contributions as a Systems Engineer at First Data Corporation, specializing in Wintel server support and VMWare solutions. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (IT) with Distinction from RMIT University.
