Bill Bartlow

Bill Bartlow has a varied work experience spanning various roles and companies. Bill is currently working at BAI Connect as the Chief Operating Officer, where they have been since May 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Operations at BAI Connect from April 2022 to May 2023. Before joining BAI Connect, Bill had a long tenure at Wave Broadband, where they held multiple roles. Bill served as a VP from June 2021 to February 2022, overseeing commercial service implementation and project management across the company's national footprint. From April 2017 to June 2021, they were also a VP, responsible for the Network Operations Center and various aspects of the commercial customer lifecycle. Bill served as the VP of Business Implementation from April 2015 to April 2017, leading the integration of functional areas and systems for the Spectrum business unit into Wave Broadband. Prior to that, Bill was the VP of Spectrum Networks, a business unit acquired by Wave Broadband in 2013, where they oversaw various aspects of the business.

Before joining Wave Broadband, Bill had founded Applied Data Solutions, LLC., where they provided offsite data backup services to businesses in Eastern Washington as the Founder from January 2005 to January 2015. Bill also co-founded Spectrum Networks, Inc. in 2007, where they served as the CFO and Co-Founder until September 2013, overseeing the provision of Internet and Data services to commercial and wholesale customers. Additionally, Bill co-founded Accelerated Internet Solutions, LLC., a virtual Wireless ISP (vWISP), where they provided internet, offsite backup, and managed IT services to small businesses in Walla Walla. Lastly, Bill worked as a Lead Support Technician at PocketiNet Communications Inc, a WISP providing high-speed internet services in the Walla Walla valley. Bill played a key role in building multiple towers and delivering high-speed internet connectivity to areas with limited options.

Bill Bartlow attended Eastern Washington University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Economics. Bill then pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University, which they completed in 2008.
