Heather Garner

Heather Garner serves as the Vice President of Sales at BAI Connect since February 2024, specializing in bulk internet services for the multifamily sector and managed Wi-Fi solutions. Garner focuses on driving revenue growth through the acquisition and retention of B2B bulk service agreements with MDU/SFU developers, apartment owners, senior living communities, and HOAs. Previously, Garner held several key positions, including Senior Sales Manager at Charter Communications, where the focus was on new business development in the multifamily vertical, and Director of Client Services at Deluxe Media Inc., overseeing partnerships with studios and networks. Garner's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Rovi Corporation, Advantage Sales & Marketing, Cogent Communications, DIRECTV, Verizon, and a tenure in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Technician. Garner holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland.
