Rafa joins with 20 years of experience in the telecom BSS/OSS world. He is an Operations, Compliance, and Technology leader with hands-on work with Financial solutions, Program Management, and Systems Integration projects.

He has a hands-on approach and is a data-driven professional that sees data management systems as a key resource for helping organizations to make better decisions. Ensuring predictable, consistent, and successful program delivery, coordinating efforts across the different department teams. He comes to us with a multinational & multicultural background, having worked in five (5) countries where he held different technical & operation roles.
