Amy Signer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amy started their career in sales as a Sales Associate at Talbots from May 2007 to January 2009. Amy then worked as a Sales Associate at New York and Company from April 2009 to August 2009. Amy joined Edible Arrangements as a Manager in May 2010 and later became an Assistant Manager until June 2012. Following that, they were employed by Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. as a Temporary Clerical Assistant from June 2012 to October 2012. Amy advanced to the role of Training Coordinator at Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. in October 2012 and served in that position until December 2013. Amy then became a Training Coordinator II until May 2016. Amy's next career move took their to BAI, where they worked as a Customer Support Representative from May 2016 to February 2018. Amy was then promoted to the role of eLearning Specialist and worked in that capacity from March 2018 to September 2019. Currently, they hold the position of E-learning Developer at BAI, starting in October 2019.

Amy Signer graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies. Amy attended the university from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, Amy has obtained various certifications. Some of these certifications include "Writing in Plain English" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in May 2022, "Teaching Techniques: Making Accessible Learning" from LinkedIn, obtained in June 2021, "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn, obtained in October 2020, "Elearning Techniques: Visual Design" from LinkedIn, obtained in October 2020, and "Captivate 9: Advanced Techniques" from LinkedIn, obtained in January 2019.
