Vince Krass

Vince Krass has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Vince worked as a Director of Software Engineering at BAI since October 2021, where they are responsible for overseeing software development and architecture. Prior to that, they served as a Software Development Manager at BAI from February 2017 to October 2021. In this role, they managed application development and oversaw architecture for various tools and platforms related to business research and analytics.

Before joining BAI, Vince worked as an IT Development Manager at Press Ganey from January 2015 to February 2017. In this position, they managed internal and external resources to support intranet SharePoint farm, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft CRM, Salesforce.com, BigMachines, and Informatica integration development. Vince was also part of the Enterprise wide Architecture Review Board and Change Advisory Board.

Prior to Press Ganey, Vince worked as a Microsoft Technology Delivery Manager at Capgemini from October 2014 to January 2015.

Before that, they were a Team Lead/Sr. Enterprise Architect at Topco Associates LLC from 2012 to 2015. In this role, Vince managed a team of on-shore and off-shore developers and provided architecture and design for enterprise-wide solutions.

Vince also served as a Technical Lead at Echo Global Logistics from 2011 to 2012, where they automated the SOX implementation.

Vince was a Software Development Manager at Statmon Technologies from 2007 to 2011. In this role, Vince managed the development of wireless network and infrastructure technology management software and hardware products.

Earlier in their career, Vince worked as a Sr. Product Manager at YASKAWA from 1994 to 2007, where they developed new products, formulated sales and marketing strategies, and created a business plan for a new product line. Vince also worked as an Engineer at Bosch Rexroth from 1989 to 1994.

Vince Krass has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bradley University. Vince also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from DePaul University. Additionally, in the same year, they attended the Agile - Scrum Master Workshop at Group Atlantic, furthering their knowledge in computer programming and vendor/product certification. Vince also gained expertise in HIPAA through a program at the National Community Pharmacists Association. Finally, in 2017, they completed the Managerial Excellence Program sponsored by BAI.
