Erik Randall has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years. Erik began their career in 2000 as a Field Service Technician I-IV at Cox Communications, where they installed, disconnected, reconnected, troubleshot, and managed the corrective and preventive maintenance of video, high-speed Internet, and telephony services. Erik was also a Regional Monthly Sales Leader and trained new employees on all aspects of being a technician. In 2006, they became a Network Technician at Lumos Networks, where they installed new DLC, Pop and Colocations sites, served as a long-term Temporary Step-up Supervisor, and organized and managed multiple projects. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Network Design Engineer/Technical Support Engineer at TESSCO Technologies, where they developed wireless network designs based on client requirements, configured budgetary estimates, and provided technical consulting. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Solutions Engineer at AiRISTA Flow, where they designed, installed, troubleshot, and configured network switches, wireless hardware, and Ekahau RTLS systems and solutions. Currently, they are a Channel Manager at Baicells Technologies.

Erik Randall received their Certificate in Electronic Technology from New Horizons Regional Education Center between 1996 and 1998. Erik then went on to receive their Bachelor of Science in Management from University of Phoenix between 2010 and 2011. Finally, they earned their Master's degree in Management from University of Phoenix in 2013.
