Sonny May

Sonny May has worked in a variety of technical and service roles since 2008. In 2008, they worked as a PC Technician at SAKON NAKNON TECHNICAL COLLEGE in Thailand. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Maintenance Technician Intern at Tesco Lotus, where they created Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and performed repairs and maintenance work on buildings, grounds, and equipment. From 2010 to 2016, they worked as a waiter, host, and delivery driver at Sa bai Thong, a Thai restaurant in Madison, Wisconsin. In 2016, they also began working as a Technical Support Engineer at Baicells Technologies and as a Network Technician at FiSci Technologies.

Sonny May obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Lakeland University between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, Sonny attended Sakon Nakhon Technical College between 2006 and 2009, where they completed a High School (Vocational Education commission) in the Department of Electrical Power. Sonny has also obtained various certifications, including Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp in November 2022, Introduction to Web Design and Development and Programming Foundations: Fundamentals from LinkedIn in May 2022, Succeeding in Web Development: Full Stack and Front End from LinkedIn in May 2022, Using Python to Access Web Data from Coursera in April 2022, Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects from Coursera in February 2022, Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) from Coursera in February 2022, Python Data Structures from Coursera in February 2022, Wireless Communications for Everybody from Coursera in February 2022, and an edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Linux from edX in May 2015.
