Michael Shen

Michael Shen is currently the Head of Internal Audit and Internal Control at Baidu Inc., a role they have held since 2017, focusing on SOX compliance, process improvement, and anti-fraud investigations. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Advisory Services at KPMG Advisory China from 2005 to 2017, specializing in risk and compliance for TMT and automotive clients. Michael began their career as a Consultant at PwC Consultants China from 2003 to 2005, where they worked on global risk management solutions. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
