Nan Chen leads the User Experience Research Team for the Mobile Cloud platform at Baidu, Inc., a position they have held since 2012. Prior to this role, Nan worked as a Product Usability Manager at Nokia Windows Phone from 2011 to 2012 and as a usability specialist at Nokia Mobile Phones from 2008 to 2011. Nan also gained experience as a UX consultant for Siemens Business Groups from 2005 to 2008. Nan holds a Master's degree in Human-centered system design from the University of Birmingham, which they completed in 2004.
