Yaqing Wang

Yaqing Wang is a staff researcher at Baidu, Inc.'s Business Intelligence Lab, focusing on few-shot learning and developing solutions for cold-start recommendation, drug discovery, and natural language understanding since October 2019. Prior to this role, Yaqing served as a research intern at 4Paradigm from January to September 2019, working on automated machine learning algorithms within the machine learning research group. Yaqing's earlier experience includes a position as a full-time research assistant in the Department of Computer Science at The University of Hong Kong in 2013. Yaqing holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Shandong University.
