Christian Richter

Christian Richter serves as the Head of Human Resources and Vice President of the b&m Group at baier & michels, a role held since August 2004. Additionally, Christian has held various positions including Director of Strategic Sourcing, Vice President North America, Key Account Manager, and Technical Apprentice within the same company. Since January 2016, Christian has also been a Member of the Board of Directors for Baier & Michels USA Inc. Christian Richter obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Engineering/Industrial Management from Berufsakademie Mosbach, Germany, from 2004 to 2007.
