Tara Figurski

Tara Figurski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal assistance and journalism. Currently serving as a Legal Assistant at Bailey Cavalieri LLC since January 2017, Tara coordinates the Summer Associate hiring program and assists with organizing the American Intellectual Property Association’s annual meeting. Tara has also worked as a Legal Secretary at The Law Office of Tom Somos since 2012, where responsibilities included drafting legal correspondence and court documents. Previous roles encompass freelance writing for The Columbus Messenger, with responsibilities in news writing, photography, and editing, along with reporting positions at various newspapers including ThisWeek Community News, The Daily Reporter, The Columbus Post, and Call and Post. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Bowling Green State University, earned in 1994.
