Carmine Bailey

Carmine Bailey has had a varied career in spaceflight operations and consulting. From 2002 to 2005, Bailey served as a Deputy Program Manager for the ISS Payload Integration Contract at The Boeing Company, where they managed a team of 300 people in Huntsville, Alabama supporting the Program Manager in Houston. From 2007 to 2014, Bailey worked at Teledyne Brown Engineering, first as Program Manager for the Mission Operations & Integration Contract and later as Director of Space Operations. During this time, Bailey was responsible for the day-to-day management of cost, schedule and technical performance for mission preparation, crew and flight controller training, and real-time operations for spaceflight operations support. Bailey also served as Director of Huntsville Operations at Addx Corporation from 2014 to 2016, where they oversaw the day-to-day operations of the facility and worked on proposals with the corporate office. Currently, Bailey is the President and CEO of Bailey Collaborative Solutions (BCS) LLC, a consulting firm they founded in 2016. Carmine also serves as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, where they have been teaching since 1990. Additionally, Bailey founded the Millbridge Foundation in 2017 and serves as its President.

Carmine Bailey earned a BA in Mathematics from Rutgers University in 1979. Carmine then earned an MS in Mathematics from the University of Dayton in 1982 and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Lehigh University in 1986. In addition, they obtained several certifications from Lynda.com, including courses on entrepreneurship, SharePoint, memory improvement, going paperless, working with an Apple Watch, and publishing sites with SharePoint 2013.
