Bill Springer

Bill Springer is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Since February 2015, Bill has been serving as a Project Manager at Bailey Construction and Consulting LLC. Prior to this role, Bill held Project Manager positions at The Cone Group from April 2011 to February 2015 and at VCC from January 2006 to April 2011. Bill possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, obtained between 1995 and 1998.
