Pat Ross serves as the President and CEO of Bailey Education Group, LLC since January 2020, following extensive experience in educational leadership roles. Previously, Pat held the position of Education Policy Advisor in the Office of Governor Phil Bryant from June 2018 to January 2019, and worked at the Mississippi Department of Education as Deputy State Superintendent and Director of Accountability Services from March 2012 to March 2016. Pat also served as Superintendent for the Newton County School District from January 2008 to December 2011 and began a career as an educator at Meridian Public School District from August 1994 to December 2007. Pat obtained a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Mississippi College and a Masters of Education in Education Administration from the University of West Alabama.

Supported by our partnership, these schools achieved dramatic results. 100% improved one letter grade, and 30% improved two letter grades.
