Laura Babiak

Laura Babiak is an Associate Attorney at Bailey Glasser since September 2020. Previously, Laura served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Courts from September 2019 to August 2020. Laura has extensive experience in legal academia, having held the positions of Senior Managing Editor and Associate Editor for the West Virginia Law Review and worked as a Teaching Assistant during law studies at West Virginia University College of Law. Additional legal experience includes summer associate roles at Bailey & Glasser LLP and Jackson Kelly PLLC. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Laura completed internships in exercise physiology and customer service, earning a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from West Virginia University College of Law.
