Nicholas Carrington has extensive experience in operations and quality management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Bailey International LLC since August 2013. In this role, Nicholas oversees day shift productions, weekend shift production, and a components line, while managing two supervisors and the internal Quality Assurance and ISO program. Previously, Nicholas worked as a Manufacturing Supervisor and Quality Specialist at Bailey International LLC, coordinating production and implementing quality systems. Prior to this, Nicholas served as a Quality Technician at Weber Hydraulik, where responsibilities included in-house audits and troubleshooting. Nicholas holds education credentials from DeVry University and graduated from Arab High School.
