Aaron has held roles such as Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, and Digital Strategist at Bailey Lauerman, where they led creative on various clients and managed social media and content creation. Aaron has also worked as a Writer/Producer at Swanson Russell, Creative Lead/Producer at Brickhouse Projects, and Associate Creative Director and Senior Marketing Manager/Producer at Havas Media Network, working with clients such as Volvo, Keurig, and Food Network. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Specialist at Nebraska Book Company and a Marketing Coordinator at Smart Chicken. Aaron began their career as a Copywriter intern at Thought District and Parsons Public Relations.
Aaron Jarosh earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a concentration in Advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion" and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in July 2023.
