Megan Storm started their work experience in 2004 at Clear Channel Radio, where they held roles as a Traffic Director and later as an Account Executive. In 2007, they became a Marketing Consultant at Valpak, and then transitioned to Fun Express in 2011 as a Senior Sales Associate. Megan joined Clear Channel Radio again in 2008 as a Marketing Coordinator and later as a Part Time Engineer. In 2013, Megan joined NRG Media as an On Site Producer/Board Op. The same year, they also worked as a Media Buyer at Sleight Advertising. Since 2015, Megan has been working at Bailey Lauerman, starting as a Media Buyer/Planner and progressing to positions including Media Manager, Associate Media Director, Media Director, and currently, Head of Media.

Megan Storm completed their Associate in Applied Science degree in Information Technology - Web Development at Metropolitan Community College from 2010 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Nebraska Notary certification in June 2010. Megan also acquired the Google AdWords Certified certification in June 2017. Megan further expanded their knowledge and skills by completing the Digital Marketing Strategies: Data, Automation, AI & Analytics certification from Kellogg Executive Education in November 2021. Later, in October 2022, they accomplished the Extreme Ownership Muster 015 certification from Echelon Front. Most recently, in July 2023, they obtained the Unconscious Bias certification from LinkedIn.
