Kathy Oliver

Kathy Oliver is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Broker Associate at Bailey Properties Inc. since March 2008, Kathy has also been the Broker/Owner of Oliver Property Management since June 1983, where the motto "Hometown Service with World Class Knowledge" reflects a commitment to the Pajaro Valley community. Kathy held leadership roles such as President of the Pajaro Valley Association of REALTORS from 1998 to 2013 and President of the Women's Council of Realtors Santa Cruz in 2008, alongside serving as VP of Membership from 2011 to 2012. Educational background includes attendance at San Jose State University from 1985 to 1988 and Watsonville High School from 1980 to 1983.
