Ailsa Buchanan

Ailsa Buchanan has extensive experience in client management and transitions within the financial services sector, currently serving as Head of Transitions in the Clients Department at Baillie Gifford since December 2012. Ailsa also holds the position of Chair of the Working Families and Carers Network and previously worked as both Manager and Assistant Manager in the same department. Prior to Baillie Gifford, Ailsa was an Executive at EY from September 2007 to December 2012. Ailsa holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies from Glasgow Caledonian University, completed in 2007.
