Angus McLean

Angus McLean is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in regulatory implementation and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager for Regulatory Implementation at Baillie Gifford since August 2014, Angus has held various roles including Operations Project Manager and Compliance Change Manager. Prior to this, Angus worked at Standard Life for nearly a decade in senior finance roles, including Senior Solvency 2 Finance Manager and IFRS Planning Manager. Earlier career experiences include positions at Scottish Widows as Statutory Reporting Manager, Ernst & Young as Corporate Tax Supervisor, and Turnbull Kemp & Co C.A. as Trainee Chartered Accountant. Angus is a graduate of The University of Edinburgh with a B Com (Hons) in Business Studies and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
