Rachel Tipper

Rachel Tipper has developed a strong foundation in employment law, currently serving as the Head of Employment Law, ER and HR Policy at Baillie Gifford. Previously, Rachel held the position of Employment Lawyer at Virgin Money and completed a Trainee Solicitor role at Bond Dickinson LLP. Educationally, Rachel studied at Durham University from 2009 to 2012 and later attended Northumbria University from 2012 to 2013, enhancing expertise in legal matters.
