Scott Currie

Scott Currie is an experienced oversight and reporting analyst currently employed at Baillie Gifford since July 2022. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions in financial crime data management and fraud analysis across several organizations including Modulr and Tesco Bank. At Tesco Bank, Scott served as both a data operations administrator and a strategy fraud analyst, where responsibilities included investigating fraud chargeback claims. Scott began a career in financial crime at the Royal Bank of Scotland, progressing through several associate roles focused on fraud detection and victim support. Previous experience also includes positions at Trainline, Shepherd and Wedderburn, and BNY Mellon, where Scott developed a robust understanding of risk management and compliance. Education was completed at Currie High School from 2002 to 2007.
