Aleeia Redfield

Aleeia Redfield currently serves as a Marketing Program Specialist at Bain Capital Ventures since February 2022, having previously held roles as a Workplace Experience Coordinator and Office Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Aleeia contributed to Nordstrom from October 2014 to January 2022, where responsibilities included serving as an Assistant Department Manager for Beauty, Fragrance, and Men’s Grooming, Business Manager, and MAC Cosmetics Beauty Advisor. Aleeia is an alumnus of Santa Rosa Junior College.
