Barnaby Lyons

Barnaby Lyons is a Partner and the Global Head of Special Situations at Bain Capital, where they lead a team of over 140 investment professionals to provide strategic capital and drive value throughout market cycles. Since joining Bain Capital in 2006, Barnaby has focused on assisting companies during critical moments when traditional capital solutions are not available. They have served on the boards of multiple organizations, including Virgin Australia, the India Resurgence Fund, and Chindata Group. Barnaby began their career as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company after earning a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.
