Cecilia Chao

Cecilia Chao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both investment management and corporate strategy. Currently serving as a Partner at Bain Capital since January 2008, Cecilia Chao has also held significant roles at Del Monte Foods, Inc., including Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Director of Marketing, and Director of Strategy and Business Development from 2003 to 2008. Prior experience includes working as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 1996 to 2003. Cecilia Chao holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemical Engineering and Economics from Yale University.
