Ivano Sessa

Ivano Sessa is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in board governance and private equity. Currently serving as a member of the board of directors for multiple companies including SOMACIS, Eleda, F.I.S. - FABBRICA ITALIANA SINTETICI S.p.A., Fedrigoni Group, and ITP Aero, Ivano has also held the position of partner at Bain Capital since 2004, where responsibilities include co-heading Europe Private Equity and the Industrial Vertical. Additional roles include chairmanship at Ahlstrom-Munksjö and board membership at Italmatch Chemicals and MSX International. Ivano Sessa earned a degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi, graduating in 1999.
