James Long is currently the Associate General Counsel for Real Estate at Bain Capital, a position held since 2025. They previously served as Senior Counsel at BioMed Realty from 2022 to 2025 and as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from 2015 to 2022. James also gained early legal experience as a Summer Intern at the Middlesex District Attorney's Office in 2013.
