Kaitlin Riley Duran

Kaitlin Riley Duran currently serves as Associate General Counsel for Real Estate at Indiana University Health, a position held since October 2025. Previously, Kaitlin was Deputy General Counsel and Senior Director and Real Estate Counsel at Purdue Research Foundation from April 2021 to October 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Real Estate Attorney at Schiff Hardin LLP from October 2014 to March 2021 and serving as a Summer Associate at the same firm in 2013. Additionally, Kaitlin completed a Legal Internship at ExactTarget in 2012 and worked as a Secondary English Teacher with Teach For America from 2009 to 2011. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, a Master's degree in Secondary Education from Fordham University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Indiana University Bloomington. Early education was completed at Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School.
