Melissa Wong currently serves as CFO of Tech Opportunities at Bain Capital since December 2024. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Head of Finance Transformation at HarbourVest Partners from September 2022 to August 2024. From April 2013 to January 2022, Melissa held the position of Head of Global Finance Operational Excellence at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where key contributions included launching centers of excellence within the Global Finance organization and leading M&A transactions as a Senior Manager in the Strategy Corporate Development team. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Global Strategy and Business Development at American Express from June 2011 to March 2013, focusing on growth strategy projects for Global Payments Options. Melissa holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Business Management and Economics from Babson College.
