Nancy Lotane

Nancy Lotane is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and portfolio operations, currently serving as Chief HR Officer and PE COO at Bain Capital since September 2008. Previously, Nancy held the position of Senior Vice President of Portfolio Operations at Bain Capital, LLC from 2007 to 2008. Early in Nancy's career, various roles were undertaken at Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman) between 1998 and 2007, along with serving as Chief Marketing and Chief Learning Officer at the same firm from 1994 to 1998. Prior roles include Principal at Corporate Decisions Inc. and Consultant at Braxton Associates. Nancy holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA from Tufts University.
