Pooja Subramaniam

Pooja Subramaniam currently serves as an Associate at Bain Capital, focusing on sustainability and healthcare investments within the Double Impact fund. Prior experience includes a role as a Financial Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, specializing in distressed mergers and acquisitions in various sectors, and a consultant position at Sacred Valley Health. Pooja also completed an Investment Banking Summer Analyst stint at Houlihan Lokey and worked as a Research & Strategy Summer Intern at the Ivy Research Council, where research on talent recruitment was conducted. Leadership experience includes serving as the Director of Historical Crisis for the International Model United Nations Association and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Institute of Social Research. Pooja holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts with a focus on Finance & Strategy from the University of Michigan, completed in 2020.
