Stephen Berrow

Stephen Berrow is a senior finance professional with an ACA qualification and extensive experience across multiple industries, including financial services, manufacturing, and aerospace. They currently serve as Managing Director in Special Situations Europe at Bain Capital. Previously, Stephen held prominent roles such as Senior Vice President of Finance at Meggitt and General Manager of a £30m turnover manufacturing business, where they successfully led significant transformations. With strong leadership and analytical skills, Stephen has also contributed to various commercial finance roles and holds a Master's degree in History from the University of Oxford.
