Tiffany Foster Rech

Tiffany Foster Rech is the Global Head of Investment Professional Learning & Development at Bain Capital, a position held since June 2019, where responsibilities include creating the Bain Capital Academy and managing a multi-million dollar training budget. Prior to Bain Capital, Tiffany served in multiple roles at Bain & Company, including Director and Global Leader of the Bain Career Advisory, where a comprehensive career development strategy was built for consultants and alumni. Tiffany's experience also includes a Senior Manager position focused on global training strategy and curriculum improvements, as well as roles that involved leading client engagements and teaching at Ivey Business School. Tiffany's educational background includes an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Western University.
