Arvind Kalidindi

Arvind Kalidindi is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate Partner at Bain & Company since July 2019, with a progressive career path that includes roles as Senior Manager, Manager, and Consultant within the firm. Prior to this, Arvind completed an internship as an Analyst at Second Helpings Atlanta, a non-profit organization focused on food rescue. Arvind's background includes a Metal Additive Manufacturing Research Fellowship at Boston Scientific, where contributions involved process engineering and developing business cases for 3D printing technology. As a Leaders for Global Operations Fellow at the MIT Sloan School of Management, along with pursuing a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering at MIT, Arvind conducted significant research resulting in collaborations and advancements in high-strength alloys. Arvind's early research internships include work on Li-ion batteries and PEM fuel cells, contributing to multiple publications and innovative methods in energy storage technologies. Arvind holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
