Caron Below

Caron Below has significant experience in executive management and human capital strategy, highlighted by a tenure as Vice President of the Bain Executive Network from January 2015 to January 2020, where management of the Americas Region focused on the Technology, Media, and Communications sectors. Prior to this, Caron served as a Senior Manager at Bain Executive Network and held director-level positions at Riviera Partners and Spencer Stuart. Early career roles included account management and technical sales at Texas Instruments, as well as a test engineer position at Hewlett-Packard. Caron holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
