Cédric Bovy is a partner in Bain & Company’s Brussels office. He is a member of the firm’s EMEA Financial Investor & Private Equity practice.
He has more than 10 years of management consulting experience with Bain.
Cédric has extensive experience advising financial investors including buyout funds, family offices and evergreen investors. Most of his work takes place in consumer products, retail, healthcare and industrials.
He holds deep expertise in commercial due diligence, financial investor firm strategy, corporate strategy, portfolio company value creation and performance improvement.
During his career, Cédric has traveled extensively across Western and Eastern Europe. He spent six months working in the Middle East out of Bain’s Dubai office.
Cédric earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an Msc. in Business Engineering from the Louvain School of Management (UCL), summa cum laude. He is fluent in French and English.
