Celia Hauw

Celia Hauw is currently a Strategy and Corporate Development Intern at Shiru since May 2023. Prior to this, Celia served as an Investment Fellow at Vectors Capital, focusing on early-stage climate tech investments from January to May 2023. Celia's experience also includes a three-year tenure as a Consultant at Bain & Company, specializing in strategy and performance improvement in the energy and natural resources sectors across Southeast Asia. Earlier roles include Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, Operations Summer Analyst at Nomura, Marketing Intern at Sodexo, Research Assistant at Northwestern University, and Research Intern at the National Institute of Education, Singapore. Celia holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Neuroscience from Northwestern University, supplemented by minors in Business Institutions and Creative Writing.
